6 Great Ways to Make Yourself Better

There are a lot of people who write about ways to be productive or how to increase your productivity. The suggestions are always that you need to remove items from your day.

The gurus tell you to;

· Stop checking your social media.

· Create a list

· Don’t answer emails

· Get up early

· Don’t check your email before a certain time

The focus is to make you more productive, so you can get more work done. The biggest problem with “productive” things is that it’s not focusing on making you better as a person. It’s about making you better for whatever job you are doing.

The thing that should be focused on during these “productive” messages is how to make you better. How to make you feel better about yourself. What needs to be accomplished so you can succeed at what you want to accomplish. Not about what someone else wants for you.

With that, I have 6 things that aren’t about removing barriers but are about building who you are. These will make you feel better physically, mentally, and spiritually.
