Don’t Let Daylight Savings Time Change Your Habits

The biggest struggle when the clocks change is sticking to my habits of being active after I get done working. After working from home for 20 months, I feel like I’m talking about a newborn, new struggles come about.

I created a few good habits. I go out for a walk twice a day, rain, or shine. I even bought a new rain jacket just so I could still go out for a walk.
