Stop Being a Failed Leader
I’ve started to wonder recently about the preparation level of various people in our society. I wonder how prepared people are by their bosses, their family, friends, or mentors.
I used to think that the prepping and raising of someone wasn’t that big of a thing. At some point, the thought of what did your so and so teach you weren’t very important. I felt that someone would be smart enough to just get it and excel.
Over the last year or so that feeling has changed. It has become more glaring over the last few months, I’ve realized that poor leadership can create an effect that can completely destroy an entire culture of a workforce.
What Kind of Leader Are You?
I’m not a leader, at least I’m not in a leadership role. I don’t manage people. I never want to be in a leadership role either. I was in a leadership role once and frankly; I wasn’t that good at it. I have analyzed where I went wrong. I know my faults and where I would need to fix things, but overall, I don’t want that responsibility.
